Bayesian Reliability Analysis of a One-Unit System

Abstract
Here, an attempt has been made to study a one-unit system wherein the life time distribution of the unit is considered as a mixture of exponential and Gamma distributions. The repair time distribution of the unit is assumed as exponential. Bayes estimators of measures of system performance under symmetric squared error loss function (SELF) are derived and these are studied for the particular cases. The Bayes estimators of system performance measures under entropy loss function (ELF) are also obtained.
