Digital Transformation Towards Society 5.0 and Sustainable Development Goals
Abstract
Society 5.0 represents a sustainable and people-centric society where the convergence of physical and digital realms through digital transformation is extensive. It fosters inclusivity, ensuring that no individual is left behind, and promotes collaborative efforts to establish secure and comfortable lives. This integration of advanced technologies like AI, robotics, IoT, and big data generates novel opportunities for growth. This article critically examines the existing comprehension of Society 5.0 and proposes strategies for its enhancement. Additionally, the paper explores the escalating global trend of investing in environmental, social, and governance domains, aiming to expedite investments in innovative problem-solving approaches. Such initiatives are crucial for the realization of Society 5.0 and the efficient attainment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
