On Weighted Two Parameter Quasi Shanker Distribution with Properties and its Applications
Rashid A Ganaie , V Rajagopalan , Aafaq A. . Rather
Abstract
In this paper, we have introduced a weighted model of the two parameter quasi Shanker distribution and the weight function considered here is where the weight parameter is c. We have investigated different characteristics as well as the structural properties of the weighted quasi Shanker distribution. We have also derived the moment generating function, characteristic function, reliability function and hazard rate function of the introduced model. Maximum likelihood estimation of parameters has been explored. Supremacy of the proposed model has been established using real life data.
