Abstract
The technique of simple random sampling has been
considered to estimate the population mean using the partial auxiliary
information. The partial exponential estimators of the population mean are
suggested under different situations, and the expressions of their biases and
approximate variances are obtained up to order
. The efficiency of the proposed estimators under
certain conditions has been compared with the efficiency of the comparable
existing estimators. Finally, to demonstrate the theoretical findings, a
simulation study is conducted using R software
