Single Acceptance Sampling Plan for Truncated Life Test Based on Shanker Distribution
Abstract
In this paper a single acceptance sampling plan with truncated lifetime is developed for an item whose life follows a Shanker distribution. The appropriate sample size for the acceptance number is determined based on the consumer's risk and the test's completion duration. The performance indicators achieve varying quality standards. Two different sampling plans are used to compare the results.
