The New Length Biased Hamza Distribution: Statistical Properties & Applications
N. W. Andure (Yawale) , R. B. Ade
Abstract
In this paper, a two parameters length biased Hamza distribution is proposed. The various structural properties of the new distribution are studied. The maximum likelihood method has been used to estimate the parameters of the proposed distribution. The performances of the proposed distribution has been compared with Hamza, Quasi Lindley and Exponential distribution using real life data sets.
